osoba, kter\u00e1 u\u010dinila prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o tom, \u017ee si je v\u011bdoma rizik spojen\u00fdch s investov\u00e1n\u00edm do tohoto fondu a jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e splacen\u00e9ho investuj\u00edc\u00ed osoby obdobn\u011b jako p\u0159i poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed hlavn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby uveden\u00e9 v \u00a7 4 odst. 2 p\u00edsm. d) nebo e) z\u00e1kona \u010d.
